I wasn't able to purchase the cars that I wanted since inventory for them is still limited, but I still had a good experience here. It was honestly one of the best experience I had with a used car dealer in awhile. Their sales guys and managers are some of the nicest people I've met in this business. I'll be constantly checking out their inventory to make sure the purchase goes through next time.

At OC auto exchange I received excellent service from Mike! I was contacted immediately after finding the car I wanted on Autolist and from there he did everything for me all the credit stuff and I got approved before even showing up and all i needed to do was sign documents and all the paperworl at the dealer, go over payments and everything was finalized! My husband and I, were on a search for a third family car. A car with more space and not to costly. After going to multiple auto locations Eden at OC auto exchange was the only one who was approachable and not pushy at all. He understood the monthly payments, the rates, and the overall price and with help from Benjamin the finance manager they were able to get exactly what we were looking for . They were not aggressive at all and most importantly they took our consideration as their up most top priority. Again Eden and Benjamin, thank you for being understanding, empathetic, and genuine! You guys really really do what’s best for the clients and it shows. Jason and Raymond are absolutely amazing. High level of customer service without the salesman pressure. The Manager Yohannes was also very honest and helpful. My wife and I were shopping for a first car for our 17 year old son. They were both very helpful, patient, and honest about the pros and cons of each car we looked at. We went back and forth for 3 days and Jason even went to other local dealerships to bring us more cars to test drive. Raymond even helped us play a small practical joke on our son by pulling up an older car to make our son think he was getting a clunker.
