We had several leaks in our irrigation system when we moved in that appeared to have been ongoing for some time. There were also garden beds and areas of the lawn that weren't getting water from the sprinkler lines, at all. Additionally, there was a timer that had been left on the ground near a shrub that had an unknown purpose. Shrubs and lawn were dying while water was being wasted through leaks.
Where it took days to respond for several of the companies I contacted, Clifford returned my call the next day to set up an appointment. They came out and addressed the more critical issues and set an appointment to return for needed concrete cutting and then to "clean" up the system, at my request, within a couple of weeks.
Communication from Lexie at their office was prompt and polite as was communication with Brick onsite. They worked hard in difficult (hot and smokey) conditions, completed everything asked of them, showed me what was done and how to operate a new timer, and cleaned up before leaving.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and/or use them for future landscape work at our home.
