Having only 2 days in town, CLD was very accommodating to my tight schedule and was able to squeeze in multiple necessary appointments into my narrow time slot. …and for the dentist, well he wasn’t hard to look at what-so-ever!

The receptionist, dental assistants and Dr Park were all very attentive, nice, patient, detailed and professional. They made my usually nervous Mom, feel at ease and answered all of her questions!! They also set up/explained the plan for Mom's dental needs which were easy to understand. This will be a very popular dental office, with this kind of staffing from the front desk to the pano machine, to dentist chair and back out!! If I were still assisting, this dental practice would be a great place to work!! Mom broke a tooth and we got in the next morning. Dr Hanson did wonderfully with keeping Mom comfortable! Mom and I, for the 3rd time, were very happy with them listening and worked on Mom's tooth with kindness & compassion! Another good day at the dentist. Dr Hanson kept Mom relaxed for impressions and Dr Park was so kind and reassuring for getting the good fit on the last impression!! And all of the assistants are also so patient, kind and respectful of Mom's dental needs while we're there. Now I can add that Clear Lakes Dental, Brooklyn Park location, has helped to troubleshoot referrals and a final plan for Dad's dental health. After about 6 hours of insurance calls and trying to coordinate and find an oral surgeon that's in-network for Dad, that's a huge relief. Both my parents and myself really like the staff here and I'm very thankful for their kindness and thoughtful care of my parents oral health!! It helps that my Folk's like everyone here, because sometimes they'd rather not bother with some health issues. The kind and caring staff, makes it much easier for me to get my parents in for regular and necessary oral health care. After a few lab messed ups, Mom's try in went good and Dr Park made sure there were no worries for Mom's final seating of her upper plate.

Things were a little bumpy at first, but eventually things turned out great. Had a filling done and had to come back twice due to flaws in the filling - requesting a different doc resolved things. First visit entailed two fillings (upper left teeth, far back). Right away, I noticed that the doc didn’t sand down the edge of the filling between two teeth - resulting in the floss being blocked. The other filling was razor sharp and would instantly cut my floss in half with essentially zero effort. First return and the doc made it possible for me to floss in the one spot, while the razor sharp filling he made the disappointing recommendation of using another brand of floss (rather than Glide) - like as if I haven’t had countless fillings done before and never had any need to switch. He attempted to fix the razor sharp spot, but wound up being worse to where it would sting no matter what I ate/drank. Second return (third visit), I got a different doctor and everything became great from that point on and all was taken care of. The staff are great, it was only one doc that I had trouble with.

As always everyone at the clinic is absolutely wonderful. Every person goes above and beyond to make things good for me. The only issue was getting a partial crown on my front tooth. The gal that was doing it did it over at least 4 times. The mold would not set. My gum and the lip was very painful from all the times the partial was put in and out. I finally suggested she get help. She did and the dentist tried and tried to make some kind of partial. It is not the best as it if bigger and bumpy but my new partial will be in December 1st. I don’t blame anyone…. They all did the best they could. This is a fabulous team and I completely trust them. It wasn’t anyone’s fault the mold wouldn’t set. I am so thankful for all of them. 😁 Thank you everyone.

Dr. Raymond did an outstanding job on my filling restoration. After my work done today I'd have to say he is a perfectionist. I would love to keep him as my regular dentist. Kudos to you Dr. Raymond!

Fantastic dental clinic. Dentist and staff are awesome. So friendly and caring. The services I’ve had this year are - 1 root canal, two crowns, and cleaning. Will be going back for my next cleaning.

I am so grateful we found out about this dental office. My entire family is switching from the dental Associates of Saint Paul to clear Lake dental! They are very prompt and their services extremely quick! They do a terrific job and make you very comfortable. I could not say enough positive things about our experience with this dental office. everyone there is highly skilled and qualified and they do terrific work! I get five stars
