The doctor, dentist and hygienist were all very helpful and communicated clearly what work was being done. I really like my new dentist here and she did an amazing job! I also like how she tells me what to look out for in case I need to come back in or if I need to call if I have any concerns.

My name is Lucinda Chandler and I was see at Clear Lakes Dental in Brooklyn Park. I was seen by Dr. Shiloh and his staff he and the dental staff including the ladies at the front seat did an amazing job with making me feel comfortable. Came in with severe tooth pain and they were able to pull the three out of the five teeth that were givng me the most pain. Worst pain ive felt at the dentist but im glad they were able to work fast. Definitely coming back.

Almost all was great. Was my 1st time there. Just was a little thrown off that the doors were locked when I got there at 1:35pm and sign was on the door saying be back at 1:45pm. In a team meeting. Then when I got in it took at the LEAST 5 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to help me. Wasn't a great first impression but after that everything was excellent

As always everyone at the clinic is absolutely wonderful. Every person goes above and beyond to make things good for me. The only issue was getting a partial crown on my front tooth. The gal that was doing it did it over at least 4 times. The mold would not set. My gum and the lip was very painful from all the times the partial was put in and out. I finally suggested she get help. She did and the dentist tried and tried to make some kind of partial. It is not the best as it if bigger and bumpy but my new partial will be in December 1st. I don’t blame anyone…. They all did the best they could. This is a fabulous team and I completely trust them. It wasn’t anyone’s fault the mold wouldn’t set. I am so thankful for all of them. 😁 Thank you everyone.
