Can take about an hour to get to receptionist. Transferred from dentist that liked to schedule 7am and 7pm appts, today was pleasant. Will need to let them know to not chat with me when I am turned around. There isn't a button for walker accessibility. Lobby can be cold. Dress warm. Bring own pillows if can't lay flat. Chair doesn't adjust to petite people well.

I am so happy to have found Clear Lakes’ Robbinsdale office. Every single member of their team has been so kind, professional, and incredibly astute in their respective role. I’ve had two appointments that went smooth as butter (one for an extraction and one for a cleaning), and I’ll be back for a third appointment for a filling next month. I’m more excited than anything to return to such a great team. I cannot say enough good things… also want to mention hygienist Debra who was an absolute wizard and made my last appointment a lot of fun. Hope to see her again! Thank you all!!!

My wife and I have been using this practice for awhile now, a couple years. This new location allows them to service a greater number of patients more effectively. She and I both got a filling today. I can't pretend getting a filling is a good time, but the dentist made it as easy as can be possibly expected. Service at this practice is good and they do a great job reminding you about appointments ahead of time. I'm willing to give five stars because if they weren't a five-star practice, I'd have found somewhere else to go a long time ago - anything medical, dental included, is worth discretion.

Went for a cleaning they are very through & do a great job & answered all my questions & give good advice on oral hygiene routines & next steps to take to best suit my tooth & mouth needs going forward. Appreciate timely appointments when needed & all the staff from front desk to the Dentist & everyone in between are all pleasant & friendly & helpful & actually makes going to the appt I look forward to! I'm a senior citizen. Been to the dentist many times in my life. Clear Lakes Dental Robbinsdale is the best dentist office that I have ever been to. They are so good. today I had a broken filling with discomfort that needed immediate attention and I got in right away and everything was taken care of. Thank you for caring so much about what you do and your kindness and care for your patients.

I had multiple fillings done, a cleaning and I'm in the process of getting more work done. I personally love this place. They're kind, gentle and caring. There's never a wait. Plus, there always seems to be flexible availability with accommodating prices out of pocket. Clear Lakes also accepts most insurances!!! Definitely recommend this place. They have multiple locations.

The Dr. And staff were very professional and kind! The process in which creates a obnoxious amount of time on the clinics part (not insurance!) Is not conducive with any good care of patients or is it professional 🤔 I am having to miss work opportunities, community-based support and speaking, plus no public or phone communication. Not to mention eating is liquids! Very angry and frustrated! A month or more to get a replacement parcial.

The hygienist and dental assistant were very pleased and curious to me and took really good care of me and answered questions that I my had at the moment and time of the dental appointment today of 09•03•2024. The dentist was also really receptive to me as well. The two other staff members that sit at the front desk of Clear Lake Dental Clinic was very pleased and curious as well and answered any concerns of questions that I had for them. So overall I was really pleased with choosing Clear Lake Dental Facilities in Brooklyn Park.That I gave Clear Lake Dental Facilities of Brooklyn Park a five star rating for other people to determine if they want Clear Lake Dental Facilities as their primary dental care facility in Brooklyn Park. I really appreciate it very much and greatly of having a dental facilities very close by of where I live in Brooklyn Park. Today September 11, 2024 I stating that I am very pleased and proud that I had the opportunity to have the dentist who took care of a molar tooth up on the top left side of my mouth and repair a hole and replace an old filling that needed to be replaced and have the tooth repaired from a by cuspid molar tooth that broke off years ago and it needed to be taken care of as soon as possible and this pleased me very much that I could get scheduled in for today and have the very back molar tooth repair and have the old silver filling removed from the molar tooth and replace with a better filling of white cement filling. So I really appreciate that Dr. Dsouza could take and do the repair the hole and removal of the old silver filling the molar tooth that is the top way back molar tooth. Thank you for the front desk appointment/dental office assistant that waited on me on Tuesday midday afternoon hour and ask if I would appreciate to schedule appointment with the dentist and I yes, I would appreciate that very much! So she ask me if I would like to schedule for Wednesday, September 11th and I said I can take schedule appointment for tomorrow of Wednesday, September 11th with the dentist to repair and remove any old silver filling that needs to be removed from the way back top left molar tooth. So now I have a smile on my face and extremely happy and grateful for repair and removal of the top left molar tooth. Thank you to the dental appointment/office assistant for asking on Tuesday when I stop and had to give insurance information to the dental appointment/office assistant. Awesome job Clear Lake Dental Clinic! 😊 Today September 13, 2024 You did a wonderful terrific awesome job! I am so proud that there’s a dental clinic right nearby of where I live here in Brooklyn Park and grateful for the insurance to cover the cost of every appointment for me. Thank you for being so very close for me and any other person or people who need a dental clinic that is extremely close to where we live in Brooklyn Park. The two dental technician and dental assistant were very pleased and courteous and generous. I appreciate that very greatly! I have to say this there’s been dental technician who have helped Dr. Dsouza on my teeth on Wednesday of this week and she was pleased and generous and courteous as well. I really appreciate her honesty and kindness and courtesy to me and specially when she had to call me yesterday and explain what was going to be done for today and how it 9 days for delivery and another 9 days for another step and another 9 days for the last step. That is showing courtesy and generosity and respect to the dental patient who needs dental treatment done for themselves! Like me that is getting the dental care of teeth that needed work done on them. So the score is a 15 for this dental clinic. Another five star makes it 20 stars for Clear Lake Dental Clinic today. I am giving a 25 star rating review for today! October 8th! I have no complaints about Clear Lake Dental Clinic I will gave them another five star review. That is 30 stars rating for Clear Lake Dental. Total 35! .

Nice dentist explained everything I needed to be done to get 4 teeth extracted and then a cleaning then fitted for some dentures for my 2 teeth up front and 2 in back very clean office and friendly staff would recommend to anyone
