He took tons of pictures so I could understand what he was talking about, and explained all my options for recommend future maintenance. They were able to come out just a few days after I called, called the day before to confirm and the woman who answers the phone (can’t remember her name!) was always very friendly. CSA was great. They were responsive when I called, and were able to schedule me quickly for a chimney liner that was required to replace our furnace. They also worked in conjunction with the furnace installation company to ensure the correct venting, and coordinated the installation for the same date as the furnace installation to minimize downtime.
We also felt the services were very reasonable, and ended up being less than expected. I highly recommend them!
