Wendy Mema was incredible during this entire process. She was always so easy to get ahold of for any questions during. When she didn’t answer to the questions we had right away she reached out to let us know she would get back to us asap.
She went above and beyond her duties by far. She took control of the difficult situation we had with Zeal realty. When we weren’t allowed to speak to the actual builder because Ryan said he would facilitate everything as the in between man and make this process a breeze. Helped to communicate with Ryan Zammeron when he would promise us the world and find ways to weasel his way out of actually doing anything. Wendy Mema would continue touch base with us after the move and after she received her commission to make sure there is nothing else we need. I would recommend her to anyone. Also when we move in the future I won’t look for anyone else to help us.

We started the process of buying a home in Texas months ago. Relocating from Pennsylvania, made the task daunting. We showed up at an open house and met Logann Moore there. We instantly knew she was who we wanted to work with. She went above and beyond to help us in our search for the perfect home. She wasn't pushy in her approach, but took the time to ask what our needs and expectations were in finding a home. Not being familiar with the area, we were first trying to narrow down some towns. She spent an entire day showing us homes in three different cities! In the end, we actually purchased in a city not on our original radar. Logan has been in constant contact every step of the way and has made this a very enjoyable experience. Wendy Mema has been exceptional. She is extremely easy to get on the phone at any time of the day and night. When she wasn’t available she still responded letting us know she is busy and will contact us back asap. This was my wife and my first time putting a house up for sale. She answered every single questioned. Also gave us advice on what we should do or what she suggested we don’t do. The process went very smooth. We decided to use her as our buying agent as well for our future home build. She has been great with that process too. Helping me stay in contact with the builder and finding out any questions or concerns I had with any part of the process by digging and making phone calls to find a solution. I recommend her to anyone I know that wants to make this a stress free, easy, enjoyable project.

We worked with agent Lorena Shaw and I must say the experience was amazing. We are first time home buyers going into this experience completely blind with no knowledge. Mrs. Shaw explained everything in detail and never seemed upset or annoyed at the amount of questions we asked. If we tried to get in contact with her at all she called or got back to us within minutes not days. She was attentive throughout the entire process and stayed in the area and price range that we provided at the start. We have an extremely busy schedule with work and family and our schedule was always worked around. I can honestly say I will never use another real estate company or agent if I am able to. To top all of this off they provide a certain amount of their payment to a charity of your choice and who wouldn't love that as the perfect topping to an already perfect experience.

I approached this real estate process with hesitation as we had been represented by probably not the best example of realtor professionalism in the past. Lori made an impressive first impression as she coordinated her sales and search hunt with our complicated needs. We knew it would be easy to sell our home, but a replacement, not so easy. The photo session Lori scheduled, the results made US want to put a bid on OUR home. Add the fact that a medical emergency waylaid our plans for three months, Lori and her realtors stood by us throughout and continued to provide excellent service and support.
