Mark call me back gave me the highest price on my car then he scheduled the pickup quickly. The driver was very personable and paid me cash first thing after I signed over the title. I’m putting them in my contacts if I or anyone I know needs their services. Like I said I had quotes one to two hundred less and they wanted to pick it up right away. Car heroes was not pushy, highest price and very accommodating to my schedule. Their now in my contacts list.

Sent a snatched to try to get it when he found out he couldnt get to it he called and had wayne come with a flat bed he was there in a reasonable time frame and got it loaded and out of there in no time even with a prosthetic leg he was on it would recommend anyone trying to get rid of a scrap vehicle to give them a call they even told me how to get paperwork on a car i didnt have a title too so it can be scraped as well

Mark is a great guy, my only complaint would be that my son's pickup appointment was scheduled for 4 and it didn't happen until 6 because it was put in for the wrong time. I wished they could have offered a little more, there wasn't anything really wrong with the car other than needing a power steering line and pump reservoir tank. I understand they also need to make money but my son was only getting rid of the car so the state didn't tag and tow it.
