This is the second time I’ve hired Dominic Carucci to handle legal matters I’ve been involved with. First was against my HOA and second was against a pool company that did shoddy work. Initiating a lawsuit is very stressful, not for the faint of heart. Dominic Carucci was the very first attorney I consulted given my decision to move forward with the suit, and I did. Pre litigation did not go so well with the disgruntled opposing side, so we decided to move ahead and initiate litigation. I was then pointed in the direction of Paul Deese. There has not been one day since this all started I have felt I was not in capable hands with both attorneys. The fact they joined forces and opened their own boutique law practice was genius. Paul has guided me through the intricate painstaking steps of a lawsuit, calmed me during many storms, and still does as we are winding down yet still have pending issues to be ironed out, but we did win and I was awarded a well deserved settlement. Paul and Dominic are a great team...I have worked with them going on 4+ years now (lawsuits take forever!) and plan on keeping their firm on retainer as my Mom said "always have a great attorney"...I have two! I can honestly say I could not have persevered without Paul and Dominic❤️!
