If you want honest and professional representation, Carolyn’s is the place to go. Both my son and I have been represented by Carolyn and her wonderful staff for a number of years.
They were honest about what training we needed and what type of photos were required. With so many years in the business, they definitely know what they are talking about.
We realized it was casting directors, not Carolyn’s agency that makes the final decision to hire you for a job, and they prepared us well for every instance.
We had been with other agencies, and quickly realized how hard Carolyn’s staff work to secure their talent jobs. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Carolyn and her staff are truly remarkable, efficient, friendly, and always looking out for their talent. I have nothing but good things to say about them. As a non union actor, I have a responsibility to see that my agent is always looking out for me and that I do the necessary work in order to secure my best possible chance at being booked on a job. Whether it’s making sure my resume is up to date, researching the audition notes and following through with the best self tape I can submit, and lastly being in charge of my own destiny and being professional on set. I’m forever thankful that Carolyn and her staff are there to guide me along the way with top notch support. Thank you for an amazing team!!

We have only been with Carolyn’s officially for a week and my kids have already booked a gig each! The staff is really nice, quick to answer questions and just overall helpful. I can’t say enough about my experience so far. They are super positive, work hard and are clearly passionate. My only regret is not signing my kids up sooner. Carolyns has surpassed my expectations. Thanks everyone ❤️

A Model/actor and Talent Agency relationship can be a wonderful symbiotic, synergistic enterprise.
I have this kind of relationship with CMTA. As a model/actor, Carolyn’s Model and Talent Agency have surpassed my expectations.
I love that they have a “ We are Family” philosophy that emanates straight from the very hands-on founder, Carolyn Nikkanen. Go ahead and ‘google’ this beautiful person and who will find the solid rock on which this Agency was built on.
CMTA score solid 5 stars to me in their efforts to submit me to their clientele ( they have been in this business representing Talent for more than 30 years!!! and so I have had opportunities every month!). I am impressed with their prompt communications and follow-up with regards to my audition schedules, holds,releases and bookings. They are on point as per industry standards and at times have gone even beyond that! They are never too busy to clarify things for me- most important for someone new in the industry. I also love that CMTA is tech savvy forward in its booking process, and in their Instagram/ Facebook IG TV social media presence; their website and social media sites are loaded! with information to help newbies or the veterans navigate their careers. We have own own private FB group which is a wonderful resource for all talent.
There is so much more to say but “ this girl has places to go, people to meet, things to do” LOL .... actually there is an audition which I am prepping for, before my other job ( night shift ICU nurse :))

I have been with Carolyn’s Model & Talent Agency only for a few months. The whole team welcome you with professionalism and so much support. As someone new in the business I was struggling for a while until I signed with Carolyn’s. Then everything changed. I have been on many auditions for commercials, commercial modelling and TV series. Also she has recommended several educational opportunities to improve my acting career. I would highly recommend this agency.

I signed up with Carolyn's Talent Agency 3 weeks ago, had my headshot photoshoot 2 weeks ago and this week I have had 3 audition invitations before Wednesday.
The entire process from my interview at the agency, to working with the photographer and being in constant contact with the agency has been nothing short of amazing..
