I,was introduced to Mike Parsons in Fall 2019 as I prepared to transition from COBRA to private health insurance. Mike was very
helpful with getting me the best tax benefits from an HSA relating to a high deductible plan for my wife and me. Mike Parsons met with me prior to the beginning of qualifying for Medicare. He reviewed my medications and offered 3 good plans for Medicare coverage. I was slow getting around to asking about possible new benefits to my Medicare plan. Mostly because I’m not always clear about how the plans work. I don’t question much, accept what’s offered. But Mike York at Blue Moon has twice offered me options to my current plan that save me substantial costs and even simplify paperwork and clarify how benefit work. And he’s done this over the phone in conversations of twenty minutes or less.

I started going to Blue Moon about 8 years ago and have since often recommended my agent to others. There are lots of choices and considerations when one approaches Medicare options each year and I would frankly be lost without the guidance of my agent, John Pesenti. He helps me review all the necessary options for my doctors, medications and potential medical care as we look at all the companies. I also attend their group review session where each company's characteristics are highlighted. I have been able to count on this professional help each year and if anything comes up during the year, I call John and he guides me. It's a 5 star company to which I give my highest recommendation.

Mike is a professional as any person not experienced with health insurance and the labyrinth of Medicare and related drug plans could hope to find. He is skilled at explaining EVERYTHING to someone, in my case, who is a Wall Street professional... but doesn't have the time to wade through the swamp of government controlled insurance. My husband and I have been happily working with Ginny at Wooten agency for several years now. This year as I am applying for Medicare Ginny has been extremely helpful in explaining Medicare in general and my supplemental insurance plan options. She also directed me on getting my application in for Medicare and she then submitted my chosen supplemental plan application making sure everything happened on a timely basis which is essential. I first worked with Mike when he went way above and beyond to assist with a family member's medicare coverage issue not even directly related to his services. It saved hours of wrestling with the government for a resolution.

The Wooten Agency was extremely knowledgeable and made sure I was and felt prepared for my insured future. Brendan was a huge help getting me Health, Dental, and Eye Insurance. Policy prices depend on how much you make, and there are several plans you can choose from. They are from different companies, they have different monthly rates, different deductibles, and so on. Brendan guided me through each option and helped me choose what was right for me.

It was a good choice to go with this company.

My wife and I were given a referral to Michael at Williford Insurance group to discuss Medicare Supplement Plans and other insurance choices, and we found him to be very helpful. We first met him some months before we needed to make decisions, then he got in touch as promised. Jon Durros is my Insurance Man, He is very knowledgeable in Medicare and other plans you can get to go with Medicare. Jon is easy to talk with and knew exactly what plan would work for me after discussing my health issues and medications.
