I,was introduced to Mike Parsons in Fall 2019 as I prepared to transition from COBRA to private health insurance. Mike was very helpful with getting me the best tax benefits from an HSA relating to a high deductible plan for my wife and me. I turn 65 later this year and Mike has recently steered me through all necessary Medicare coverages. His able assistance helped me get the right coverages for me with very little effort on my part. I was slow getting around to asking about possible new benefits to my Medicare plan. Mostly because I’m not always clear about how the plans work. I don’t question much, accept what’s offered. But Mike York at Blue Moon has twice offered me options to my current plan that save me substantial costs and even simplify paperwork and clarify how benefit work. I started going to Blue Moon about 8 years ago and have since often recommended my agent to others. There are lots of choices and considerations when one approaches Medicare options each year and I would frankly be lost without the guidance of my agent, John Pesenti. He helps me review all the necessary options for my doctors, medications and potential medical care as we look at all the companies. I also attend their group review session where each company's characteristics are highlighted. I have been able to count on this professional help each year and if anything comes up during the year, I call John and he guides me. It's a 5 star company to which I give my highest recommendation.

A friend of us recommended this place for our Medicare Advantage plan options for the new year 2024, we had had Humana before but it was not the best option at all, so I did contact the office and a few hours later Ana Hugendubler called us back, she gave us 2 options, going to her office which is around 50 minutes drive or do it over the phone, of course we choose the process over the phone, and it was so smooth and all the question answered without hesitation and later some paperwork sent back and forth over email and next day the process was complete and we are happy now with Aetna Medicare PPO plan, and it didn't stop there, she continued to send us information about how to do some little by annoying things form the plan and with a couple of click it was done and now we are happily after, thanks Ana and BlueMoon for you dedication to your customers.

Had issue with copay on one of my RX. Matt set up conference call with Silver Scrips, pointed out the customer facing information showed the RX as tier 2 with 0 copay. Had the rep review their info and they agreed it was a tier 2, reset the order and notified the pharmacy. Saved $210 co pay.
