I had a conditional offer in place for a home and decided to hire Joel to look at things before I buy and I can say he's worth every dollar spent. He is very detail oriented and was able to spot a lot of issues that I didn't even notice on the 1st and 2nd viewing. I highly recommend joel to new home buyers as he gives a lot of good advice on home maintenance and care as well. Needless to say I will be contacting him again for the next home inspection .

Joel is extremely professional, honest, patient and knowledgeable, and has earned mine and my clients trust time and time again. We used Joel for our home inspection for our new house! He was super friendly and provided us with a lot of useful information! He took his time and went through everything in detail. I had Joel out to inspect a home we had put an offer in on. He was thorough and pleasant to deal with. He was happy to answer any questions along the way.
We had our inspection in the morning and had the completed report that afternoon.

I would definitely reccomend him.

Joel was awesome — very thorough and walked us through the entire home inspection. He identified some home issues at the source (which we were able to get immediately fixed by the seller!) After showing his report to a few family members and friends in home building trades, they were equally impressed with the quality. To top it all off, he extended the offer to explain anything to us afterwards! Great service, great quality and all with a big (covid mask-friendly) smile!

Joel was extremely professional and very thorough when inspecting our new home. I was amazed at how complete the inspection was and all the things he looked out for. It gave us confidence in our home while also catching some major issues that I'm sure would have gone unnoticed by someone less thorough.

Not only was the inspection well done, but we also learned a lot about our home and how to maintain it properly. Joel patiently explained some unique and important aspects of our house and we feel prepared and confident in our purchase because of his work.

Joel did our home inspection and we couldn't be happier with the result. Joel is extremely detail oriented and found inefficiencies within the home that we never would have thought of. One item in particular was a flaw made by the builder over 20 years ago when the house was first built. Luckily, he caught this deficiency along with a few other issues that ended up saving us a lot of time and money. Joel also provides an in depth report on all findings from the inspection and was able to answer every question we had in a very quick manner. We were highly impressed with Joels professionalism, responsiveness and most importantly attention to detail. Joel definitely gets our highest recommendation!

I have used Joel's services twice. First as a pre-purchase home inspection and then later to deal directly with an insurance claim where his expertise was required.
