Two weeks ago I had my Tuff Shed given a heat treatment for termites. From the office staff, to the inspection, to the actual heat treatment, and the follow-up visit, I highly recommend Cal Termite & Pest Control. They are a friendly business company and once a call is made for service, they RESPOND. Thank you CTPC.

Their price and timing was the best. The tent crew showed up when expected and did everything as described by Cal Termite. A few weeks later they scheduled a post extermination inspection and Chad and Steve were very friendly and helpful. Absolute thumbs up to the whole operation. I would recommend them to everybody. Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Responsiveness It was a real pleasure having Archie work on our house. He is a super nice guy that is both enthusiastic & efficient at what he does. Also Chad, co-owner of Cal Termite, came by a few weeks later (with his young son) for a follow-up inspection & to see if we had any questions or issues about the work that was done -- which we didn't. We are a very satisfied customer & would highly recommend this company to others. Services: Termite extermination, Termite inspection

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Owner Scott Keighley had two of his workers, Jose and Miguel come up from Oxnard to Santa Maria to replace facia boards that were damaged by wood rot and termites. The workers were courteous and personable as well as very efficient in their work. I was also pleased at how they picked up after themselves each day. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cal Termite for pest control and repair needs. Thank you to Scott, Jose and Miguel and to the office workers that made it all happen.
