Very pleased with the entire package! There were a few too many cooks in the kitchen at first (talked to 5 or 6 different people at the start of the process), but once the ball was rolling, we felt like we had highly personalized service. My many, many questions were answered quickly and professionally. The initial inspection (free!) was pretty thorough and was offered without any pressure to buy/use their services. We quickly received a very thorough inspection report with treatment options. We had dry-wood and subterranean termites throughout both homes on the property. We opted for installing subterranean bait stations and tented both homes since we noticed termite activity in several inner walls and windowsills. The various teams did a great job -- installing subterranean bait traps, repairing/painting fascia, exterior door frame dry rot, and even a small part of the roof that had extensive termite infestation. The tenting process would be painful for anyone (storing food, packing up and getting out for a few days), but the tenting team did a great job. Throughout the process everyone did their specific jobs very well -- and did it all with friendliness and a smile, making a painful process a more bearable. We are almost two-months post-treatment. The follow-up inspection today was unexpected and appreciated. Today's inspector even did some impromptu spot treatment on our garden boxes where we noticed more termite activity. Really didn't expect the added service, so we were pleasantly surprised and grateful! Have to wait several months to see how the subterranean treatment went, but we are feeling confident that Cal Termite has our back. Painful and expensive (as expected). But necessary and well worth it. We appreciate all the work and people involved. We would definitely use Cal Termite again and highly recommend their services.

They came and inspected for termites and found damage in the framing of the house. Removed damaged wood and painted the boards and replaced them . We also had stucco repair that needed to be done . They were able to fix the stucco problem also. They did an excellent job on all the work .
They were very helpful, friendly and professional. They showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards.
I would recommend them to anyone. 👍

We have been using CalTermite and Pest Control as regular subscribers for ant extermination. Recently, we noticed rodents on our property and we requested a remedy from CalTermite. They were prompt in their response and scheduled a visit the very next day!

The technician was very helpful and spent the due time investigating our property for rodent activity. We also got all our questions answered satisfactorily and appropriate mitigation steps were implemented.

Chad was great, I didn't know that we didn't really need a termite inspection after only one year of being tented, but Chad was very nice, polite, and professional. He still did the inspection for me and vacuumed up any debris he saw from the tenting we had last year. He also explained to me a few things about termites and how they move in. We had an incredible experience with Cal Termite & Pest! They were responsive to all our requests, from the estimate/consultation to the post-fumigation inspection. Steve and his team completed the necessary wood repairs, painted, and even fixed out gate. Their communication was great, and they were on time for everything. Fumigation is a stressful process, and they made it as smooth as possible. Their pricing was also right in line with the other bids we received. I would highly recommend them for any extermination need and will use them again in the future if needed.

Scott and Cal Termite and Pest Control is the best of the best. Scott came out a year ago to remove a handful of wasp nests. Recently, our fence between my neighbor and I was showing termite damage so I immediately called Cal Termite. Scott came on time, inspected my home, and was completely honest. He advised me where I didn’t have to waste money and I really appreciated that. While he was inspecting my home, he came across more wasp nests and took them down for me. I am so glad I came across a business that’s honest, hard working, and reliable, which is surprisingly hard to come by these days. Cal Termite and Pest Control definitely has our business!

They answer the phone and have quick responses to phone calls. I needed an urgent treatment during construction and Scott showed up at 5 am to get it done in time! Folks show up on time or early by a little bit. After treatment, techs show up to inspect again to make sure no other work is required. They only offer service you need and appropriate treatment options. Everyone who has come by is respectful, friendly and responsible- my go to termite and pest control folks.

A couple of months ago, I noticed a few spots in my home where baseboards were damaged. I suspected that was termite damage, which was confirmed by the 3 different companies that came to evaluate the problem. After online research and interviewing these 3 different companies, we went we Cal Termite. They were prompt to respond, clear in their explanations, and pleasant to deal with. Their prices were also very competitive.
They installed stations around our home that will attract the termites and poison them, keeping our home protected for about a year. A little over a month after the work, they came back to check on the stations, ask if we were satisfied with the work, and offered to spray the perimeter of the house to keep the creepy crawlies out, at no cost!
So far, we are very pleased with the service we received and would definitely recommend this company for termite treatments.

Cal Termite provided exceptional service. Professional, Quality, Service at every level! Don’t look anywhere else! We had four estimates to have our house fumigated and repairs. All the estimates were comparable in price, but it was Scott that sold us. He had extensive knowledge and wasn’t trying to upsell services, I felt like I was working with a friend. For the dry rot repairs, we had Miguel come out to the house and he was very professional and knowledgeable as well, going above and beyond, repairing some rot not discovered until removing the façade. Then we had Hugo and his team come to the house for the fumigation, even though he was contracted, he was a great representative of my Cal Termite experience. Steve came out for the post QC inspection. He was professional and thorough, ensuring there were no termites and repaired areas were satisfactory. And finally, Joanna, the unseen colleague in the office, was great at answering any questions, scheduling, and the finances. We could not ask for better service! Thank you, Cal Termite!!!
