This was an easy process. I submitted 2iPads and an iPhone that we’re out dared and I didn’t want to just throw them out. Buyback World did everything they said they would and e-mail updates kept us informed. Highly recommended.
The initial submission of electronics for resale was simple, and seemed like reasonably fair offers for used electronics. When I submitted my electronics, I received the return shipping containers as paperwork fairly quickly. With that said, the communication was extremely slow. With instant communication being part of modern technology and culture, I really anticipated much quicker communication, at least a text acknowledging receipt, updates, etc. but heard nothing for a few weeks (although I tracked mail and could see where the package was), before finally acknowledging receipt and eventually depositing agreed upon funds from the buyback. Overall, if I were to sell unused electronics again in the future, I would most likely go back to BuyBackWorld. They just work on reaching out to customers in a timely fashion.

Tradein price was very good, better than other places. Process ended up working well. I had worked with another company which falsely claimed a minor scratch on otherwise perfect phone. But I had the phone returned and there was no scratch at all. There was no issue with the same phone with BuyBackWorld. Generally appear reputable, above board, unlike much of this industry. I will say that I had a problem with them receiving the phone. After delivery was confirmed by the carrier, it took them weeks to acknowledge they had the phone. They said it was lost somewhere in the building or at a different company. Whatever the reason, they were able to straighten it out. Overall good marks. I would have rated 5 stars if it hadn't been for them losing my phone for weeks.

Previously it took 2 weeks from quote to payment. This time it took 3 weeks. Covid protocols have reacted havoc on everything everywhere... Regardless, I'll use them again when the time comes.

I think the process took a quite a while but you kept your word. I do feel that my tablet was worth more, but due to the COVID-19 outbreak I did not feel safe selling it on my own so this was an ok alternative to get the job done.
