I would give Dr. Patel a 10 star rating! Very professional, knowledgeable, and straightforward. I am a smoker which can complicate surgery & healing but my bunionectomy & hammertoe procedure was fine. 7 weeks later the bunionectomy scar is barely visible. I highly recommend this practice for any podiatry needs. He has excellent skills

Excellent! I had severe pain in my feet from months and it was difficult to walk at times which hindered me a lot. After seeing the doctor and getting their soles put in my shoes I have had much more comfort and go about my day so much easier. I’m very impressed with this place. I highly recommend

I have plantar fasciitis my feet were hurting so bad I was crying I went to the doc he told me to get these inserts I did he told me to roll my feet on Ice I did he gave me medication and in 2 weeks I'm dancing

My ankle had been hurting for a couple of months, not enough to cause me to miss work but enough that it was keeping me from enjoying hiking. I thought if I just gave it some more time it would get better, but it did not. Dr. Patel did a thorough examination of my foot and ankle and developed a treatment plan. It's been a few months now and no more pain! Office staff are also great. I highly recommend them if you're experiencing foot or ankle problems.

Both my wife and I are patients of Dr. Patel. He has been so helpful in dealing with our issues we've had with our feet over the years. He is prompt, polite and he listens. His treatments have helped me recover fully and currently is helping my wife with her bone spur issues. I cannot see us going elsewhere.

Dr. Patel performed my foot surgery on December 8, 2021. The bunion on my right big toe was causing my toes to lean and curve to one side, making my toes look crooked. Went for my first appointment after my surgery today December 14, 2021 and my foot/toes look amazing!!! It looks as if a bunion never existed. Also, after surgery pain was minimal… followed his directions to the “T” and no issues, minimal swelling and I had no issues sleeping at night. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel, if you’re contemplating bunion/foot surgery!

I am pleased with the results thus far. And I can’t rave enough about the hospital…private room! And his amazing staff of nurses and assistants who are very polite and courteous.

Dr Patel and his team did a fantastic job after my foot was crushed in a motorcycle accident on July 19th. Today I was able to put on a shoe and walk out of his office. A large hospital in Louisville was positive that I would need surgery before I’d be able to walk pain-free again. The first day I seen Dr Patel he determined, after taking X-rays and examining my foot, that surgery would not be needed……and he was right.
I’d recommend anyone with foot or ankle injuries to make an appointment with Dr Patel and let him help you on your road to recovery.

I just want to say that since I've been coming to bullet county foot and ankles I have nothing but Good results and all the ladies in the office the BEST my 1st surgery was a Taylor Bunyan I had surgery on my right foot and now hes taking care of my broken foot if anybody needs a good doctor I recommend doctor Patel.

I had foot surgery on 8/11/21 by Dr. Patel. My toes on my left foot were leaning/growing to the left of my big toe. This was causing my whole left side of my body to be out of alignment creating hip and knee pain. Not to mention wearing any normal shoe. Went for first follow visit on 8/19. I was so amazed and happy with how straight my foot is compared to a couple of weeks ago. Dr. Patel has done an amazing job and I am pleased with the results thus far. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel for any foot and ankle surgeries. He has an amazing staff of nurses and assistants who are very polite and courteous. Dr.Patel and staff deserve a 5 star plus rating!!!!!

I hurt my ankle and was unable to walk. I have used Dr. Patel in the past for my plantar fasciitis and he completely cured me of any inflammation and pain. I took my son there for his ingrown toenails and was very involved with his care. When I hurt my ankle there was only one place I wanted to call bypassing immediate Care centers. I knew it was a long shot for him to see me that day, but again, Dr. Patel came through and saw me that day, did some x-rays, and I was fitted in my pretty boot.

I highly recommend Dr. Patel with any of your foot needs. He is caring and trustworthy when it comes to patient care.

I have seen Dr Petal twice 6 years ago had bone spurs and surgery to have them removed and back again in my other foot for the same surgery I haven't had any trouble with them since and his staff are the most polite and nice to be around I my self gives 5 stars

I was in a lot of pain and dr. Patel was able to get me the medication I needed and I have not had the pain since I started using it. I would have never believed a topical medication would do so much to help. Also dr. Patel got me the right inserts for my shoes.

Dr. Patel is the best Doctor that I have seen. He is the most polite, thoughtful and just has the best bed side manor of any doctor. He takes the time to exam you correctly and completely. He will take an x-Ray to see exactly what is going on. I have referred family and friends to him and they all speak very well of him. I don’t usually rate doctors but when you run across one that actually cares about your well-being then it’s time to let others know.

All around awesome place . I take my daughter to Dr. Patel for her foot and the wait time is not long if you come on time. He also follows up to make sure everything is ok. Front desk is super sweet. The staff was warm and friendly from the moment I walked in the door to the minute I left. There was zero frustration on my part that could happen when a referral from a primary care physician to an outpatient clinic as the staff was so professional they did not let any minor detail fall through the crack. Dr. Patel explained the procedure from beginning to end. His professional and friendly manner plus his outstanding ability let me to refer him to a very close friend that is very squeamish about her feet. I will be using Bullitt County foot & Ankle for my other related needs in the future.

My wife had to have surgery , this was her first time with Dr .Patel .
So far he is very professional .
My wife has high anxiety and the team has been more than helpful .
She has called him a few times and he answers everytime .

Dr. Patel and his staff are absolutely amazing! Everyone there is so incredibly nice and friendly. You are greeted with a smile and they make you feel very comfortable. I was so pleasantly surprised by the experience. I have to shamefully admit that the name of the office “Bullitt County” made me a bit fearful. In my experience, healthcare in rural areas is sometimes not always the most pleasant experience. I was incredibly wrong and am so happy I decide to give them a try anyway. You can honestly see how much everyone there loves their job and that they have a deep respect for Dr. Patel. It’s clear to see the reason they are so friendly is because they all enjoy working together and working for Dr. Patel. I think that says a lot about him and the practice he leads. Also I would like to add that I was scheduled to have a minor surgery on my toe. The morning of the surgery, I had an unforeseeable circumstance that affected my ability to make my scheduled time. I asked if there was anyway they could move up my appointment by an hour, honestly expecting the answer to be no and to be charged a penalty for the late cancellation. The receptionist asked the doctor if that would be a problem. He was so understanding and was happy to allow me to come early, even though that meant adjusting his schedule. He was so friendly and kind and said he thought it would have been really unfair to not be accommodating. I was shocked. Rarely do you hear a doctor say something like that and know that they consider your time and responsibilities equally as important as theirs. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his amazing staff! You won’t regret it!

They are very welcoming! I went in for ingrown toenail surgery. I felt at ease the moment I stepped into the office. I’m high anxiety and they made me feel so comfortable! Everybody is really nice and accommodating. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very at ease. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I will be recommending them to everybody I know!

I am the caregiver of a mentally ill adult. He had surgery on his toe. We were referred to Bullitt County Foot an Ankle Center, P.S.C. From our telephone visit to our final good-bye the kindness, professionalism and care provided to my client was far above expectations. I had to change an appointment and it was so smooth and immediate, it made me think twice on what I had asked to happen. Medical services should take note of how they do it —-

So grateful for Dr Patel and his wonderful staff. I had foot and ankle problems for so long and was referred to Dr Patel. I had to have surgery and Dr Patel thoroughly explained what exactly this would entail, how long for recovery and what to expect and he was on point with everything. He knows his stuff. My surgery went smoothly and everything went as planned. Dr Patel and his staff always made me feel at ease at all my follow up appointments and answered all my questions. His staff went out of their way to help me any way they could. Very friendly and sweet. I am amazed at my recovery time and how well everything has went. Dr Patel is an excellent surgeon I am very pleased. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I've received the best service for my feet. The front desk always greets you like a friend with big smiles under there mask. Very happy with Bullitt County foot & ankle. They took care of my ingrown toenails, 1 on each foot. So glad I got them taken care of too, it was miserable. They were great to work with, took my insurance, and I was in and out in about an hour for each toe with the permanent fix done. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Patel was outstanding! For several years I've dealt with pain from a Morton's Neuroma and tried several different treatment options. He is the one who listened, provided several treatment options in detail, and when I made my decision on surgery, expedited my service. And now I'm on the road to pain free walking.
