The team did an outstanding job repairing the ceiling in my hallway. Mark, the employee in charge was kind, helpful, and communicated the necessary steps for the repair. The task was completed efficiently and within the promised timeframe. Overall, their professionalism and skilled craftsmanship were evident in every aspect of the job.

Tim came over to test if there was a mold issue in the basement bathroom, there was a mild issue, however he gave us an option of their company to come remedy the issue or we could do it ourselves. He gave us tips how to fix it. He was very honest and pleasant. He could have exaggerated the problem and made money from us but he didn’t. Very rare to find honest people these days.

In 2023 our self-managed Condo Board faced our largest project to date on our 1965 building. The balcony membranes and stucco needed to be replaced and repaired. We did our due diligence and had three companies give us proposals and estimates. We decided on Building Works after inspecting other buildings, researching their methods and comparing prices. We liked that they use their own teams rather than sub-contracting the work. From start to finish, we are pleased with the entire process. Their team members were friendly and professional and left the site clean every night. Scott Oud managed the entire project, answered all our questions, listened to our concerns and made sure that the work met our expectations. As well, we want to give a big thank you to Harvey, Dee, Jimmy and the other crew members. Building Works met each milestone timewise and were on budget, despite some hidden damage. Our 60 year old building looks better than ever and is now protected well into the future! We would not hesitate to use and recommend Building Works in the future.
