What, on the surface, appeared to be an easy fix, turned in to a tough job. Jimmy could have, and most anyone else would have given up. He kept troubleshooting the issue (for almost 4 hours) until he was able to get it resolved. Price was right, service was a 10/10, and Jimmy showed patience, the willingness to get it right, and all while keeping a positive attitude in extreme heat. Thank you, Jimmy!
