Update 2024:
Jasmine and Cole came to replace hot water heater. Both were courteous and considerate of not to damage hardwood floor with heavy and old water heater. Cole was kind enough to explain how to adjust the mixing valve to avoid my kids getting burn by hot water. Thank you for the exceptional service.

Just when think Ethan Bates might be stumped, he isn’t. Ethan knew enough about the vagaries of high efficiency boilers to advise me to periodically power cycle the boiler to bypass some error codes which should not have been displayed after his repair. Hours later, after a few power cycles every 30 minutes or so, my gas boiler was working!
