I 100% recommend Bright Start for your childcare needs. I love how well they work with my toddler from day 1 welcoming her with open arms! Ms Alana made her enrollment fast and simple and always checks in to see how well she’s doing. Best daycare in the south suburbs🙂

My family and I have been apart of the Bright Start Community for about five years. My youngest started when he was only 6 weeks old. Honestly, we have seen the changes throughout the last 5 years. Some have been for the better but some not so much. They do have a high turnover rate. This can be questionable since they're caring for our little ones. The director and assistant director are a good addition compared to the previous directors.They have brought a lot more fun and exciting activities to Bright Start families. They do offer summer camp for the older children which is nice and convenient. Prior too COVID they did go on trips at least once a week If I recall correctly. Now that COVID is over, I'm interested to see if they would go back to the pre COVID summer camp program. Overall, the experience my family has endured at Bright Start has been positive.
