The process of renting our home went smoother than expected. It took some time, but we were so excited to get into our new rental home! Jason was a big help with any questions we had. Unfortunately the AC was not in working condition the day we moved in, and we were not notified. However, we understand things happen and Brickleys has been so helpful during the process of getting it fixed. Both Tara and Jason have been such a big help making the process smooth. As a landlord of multiple properties, it is so refreshing when you find an honest, thorough, reliable property property manager, who manages your property/investment like it is their own and always looks out for your own best interest. Brickley does all those things and more.

My only regret is that I did not find Brickley Property solutions earlier in my investment property journey, and had to work with unreliable, unresponsive and ineffective property managers previously. The team at Brickley Property Solutions are great communicators and they responds to your emails and calls in a very timely and efficient manner. They are very organized and thorough in all aspects of the property management process (home inspections, rental income payments, repairs/maintenance, marketing, etc.). If you live in Colorado Springs and you have a rental property, my vote and recommendation goes to Brickley.

We worked with Brickleys for three years and had exceptional experiences especially with Eric. They were always professional, kind, and took care of items quickly. We would happily work with them again. The only item I would encourage them to address is the lack of ability to reach them by phone. While I understand that email is their preferred correspondence and understand that it covers everyone's behind, there are times a tenant should be able to have an exception made, but again as a whole wonderful.

I've been renting from Brickleys since 2020 I think the management company took over, and I'm still here today 2025 just signed a new lease and I like they let me do a 2 year lease , I've never had any issues personally myself.

I used Brickleys for several years to manage a rental property, and then Nick Caffey as my realtor to sell the same property. I’d use Brickleys again to manage a property, or his realty business to purchase/sell.

I never intended to have a rental property, but life happens and I moved out of state for work and renting my house was the best option. Brickleys had the most transparent and straightforward property management system I could find. They were polite, professional and answered all my questions in an initial call. They had a standardized system with a template lease, website portal for payments and documents, flat rate, etc. I could be mostly hands off, which was important to me. They handled estimates for repairs and contractors, and everything was done timely and within the estimated budget. Especially Kaylynn was always very helpful and responsive.

To be fair, I have minor quibbles with their process/templates, and there was one staff member I didn’t enjoy working with in the rare occasions I spoke with her. But at the end of the day, I still think they are the best option. They successfully and professionally managed the rental. I am satisfied and would use them again.

After renting for several years, Nick got it sold in <60 days. I can’t ask for better than that. Again, they handled it all, made good recommendations to me during the process, were highly responsive, and made it a very simple process for me. Very good customer service.
