I’ve had troubles with my ears since an little child And have undergone a reconstructive ear surgery in both ears the initial doctor had moved away and practiced in a different state. So for years I neglected to see a doctor knowing many of them had no experience with the type of surgery I had until I found Dr. Brian broker he made me feel as if he was one of the surgeons that did the initial surgery he had actually practiced with many of my original doctors!! God sent I thank God for finally finding someone with so much experience, My fear and doubt was finally removed and I am so grateful!

Out of no where, I began to experience a ringing in my left ear along with muffled hearing too. Literally one minute I was completely fine and the next I was not sure what was happening with my left ear. I reached out to my primary doctor who said I needed to see an ENT. Dr. Brian Broker at ENT and Allergy Specialists was kind enough to see me the very next day. Dr. Broker was pleasant, funny and just so nice. He spent time checking my ear, asking me questions and answering mine. It turns out I had something fairly common in the ENT world, however in my world it seemed so serious. And so did the course of treatment. I had a virus that landed in my inner ear. This virus caused ringing (Tinnitus) and loss of hearing. It was serious enough that it needed to be treated ASAP in order to get the best possible outcome. Dr. Broker had a plan and spent time explaining it to me. He walked me through all of my questions, and I had a bunch. He really heard my concerns and made me feel very comfortable. I had four weeks of weekly visits that consisted of hearing tests and inner ear steroid injections each visit. While Dr. Broker did the same things each visit, he still took the time to walk me through it again. He was aware of my concern. I am happy to say the Tinnitus is 99 percent gone and my hearing is back almost 100%. The office follows the highest standards in Covid protocol. Everyone in the office was very nice and I am grateful for everything Dr. Broker did for me.
