I have used Breezecome before for our other HVAC needs. They have responded very quickly and was able to send someone asap to replace our furnace. Specially when it was negative 11 outside. We were able to take advantage of the free rebate for the heat pump. I spoke to Eric on the phone and was very knowledgeable and patient with me in providing information. He had given us some options and was not salesy at all. Our technician, Ali was also great and greeted us with a smile. He was also very oatient and made sure everything was installed properly. Provided us some good advices regarding what is needed. Thank you to all of BreezeCome team! I would defintely use them again.

Very professional service from both the rep and the installation technician. We needed our furnace replaced right in the middle of a snow storm. Our technician Ali came on time and was very very knowledgeable and responsible and nice through out, would 10000% recommend and really appreciate the service!
