Bob Menchini is an excellent Realtor. Professional. Personable. Patient. I will emphasize the patient part first. It took me about two years of looking to find just the right place, and Bob was great about it. Never making me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Sending me listings when they were appropriate. When we finally did find what I was looking for he was very professional. From writing the offer till the close of escrow, Bob was right there on top of all the details. My spouse and I live on the east coast, we began working with Bob immediately before the start of the pandemic. Over the course of several months and a few long distance offers we eventually purchased the right house for us, thanks to Bob’s hard work. Bob’s strong knowledge of the neighborhoods within the Palm Springs city limits allowed us to target specific areas we were interested in. He was always, I mean always, available to answer questions and provide input, which guided our decision-making process. He ensured we had current market data; i.e., price versus location versus condition. We closed on our home five months ago, he’s still our go to guy when we need help with X, Y or Z.
