I discovered our furnace wasn't working at 4am, Saturday morning, called BCM at 6 am Josh was at my door at 9am and he had my furnace up and running in 30 minutes. That's customer service! Josh was professional, courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Reasonable pricing for a priceless service!! Well done 👍
