Misty was assigned to my son's TWC case, and she has been great. In a time when finding a job on his own would have been impossible, Misty worked hard to find him one. He is so happy with his place of employment too! We are so grateful to Misty for all the help and support she has given our son, and us too! I absolutely love working with Misty! She can talk me through when I am in my down moments about my job but also professional. I wouldn’t go to anyone else but her.I’ve been working one job 1 year and started another job. She still checks in to make sure I’m satisfied.

I cannot day enough about Bloom Consulting and our case worker Misty Drubert. She was so helpful in working with my son to prepare him for his interviews and working to help him find a job that fit his needs and skills. We had an amazing experience with Misty Drubert at Bloom Consulting. She worked with my daughter, formed a bond with her, and really understood the type of position that would work for her. As my daughter is on the autism spectrum, this can be challenging. As of now, my daughter has been employed at a position that she loves for approximately 1.5 years. My daughter never thought she would be able to do it. With Misty's help, it was all possible.

Bloom Consulting has helped give my son the opportunity of employment that at one time we were not certain he would ever achieve. They are professional and compassionate. LaDon was supportive, knowledgeable and ready to help our Jacob from the get go. Janna has been the advocate for Jacob walking side by side giving him the support and confidence he needed to gain employment. She truly cares about her client. Weeks have passed and she has answered questions, continued follow up on site visits and helped be the voice needed to help Jacob thru the first few weeks of employment. I can not say enough great things about Janna’s extra efforts and the support provided by Bloom Consulting.
