Dr. Kelly is a very conscientious Dr. I fell and broke my knee cap in several pieces. He took his time to explain everything regarding surgery and repair to me...in terms that made sense to my husband and myself. He is kind and sincere in his approach. Personally checked on me after surgery, which I very much appreciated.
