Always consistent and most importantly communicates any changes from holidays or weather on their website. I never have to wonder when they are coming. They also send a text msg prior to pickup and once completed. This company is leaps and bounds ahead of the competition and our previous providers. Highly recommend.

Update!: Met the new recycling team who came out about a half hour after I last called. Very nice, hard workers who had just started the transition to the route in Greenville. Great to have them on board. Thank you to both the trash and recycling teams!

I had thought I missed P/u on Thursday,( Been really sick) Flagged the 2 gentleman down as they were across the street.
Asked the gentleman if I could bring it and he waved me over.
Nice and friendly service with a smile.Tried calling but noone ever picked up.
