My teen got an industrial piercing. The lady who helped us was very kind, knowledgeable and patient. She gave us options and did a great job letting us know what to expect before and after. We will definitely go back again and request her.

The girl that pierced my Tragus did such a good job. She was personable, kind, quick, and very clean. I will recommend this shop to anyone wanting a piercing of any kind. I go here for piercings when i'm feeling impulsive. I went recently to get my snake bites and Katy was amazing! Her space is clean and cute, and so is her business card. This honestly is the best place to get your tattoos and piercings, I only go to Black Cloud at Cumberland mall for all my piercings and tattoos. The staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL && real cool that makes you feel comfortable. Joy K did all my piercings and I just got my nose pierced yesterday and it looks amazing. She does all my piercings in a way with little to no discomfort and they heal REALLY REALLY FAST with that pink cleaning solution they sell. Hands down ! BEST PLACE FOR PIERCINGS 🙌🏾🫶🏾♥️♥️

Very clean and seamless process. I really liked this location. It was kind of hard to find since it’s in the cut beside the QT, so just drive carefully following the GPS, if needed. I was a walk-in on a Saturday afternoon and the wait time wasn’t too long. Trinity did an awesome job on my piercing and was very sweet. I was a bit nervous because it was my first nose piercing, but she was very quick and I didn’t feel a thing; literally a 1/10 pain. I am very pleased and will definitely be recommending this location to others!

Clean atmosphere, young staff, and people who are pretty friendly in general. They pierced my ears, used gloves, lined up the markers well, and very sanitary overall. They do have a bit of a late start to opening the store, but overall worth it!
