Belly piercing. The piercer was very clear about expectations and aftercare. He explained it was going to be more difficult because my stomach was tighter. it really prepared me for the experience. he talked me through and prepared me when and why it would hurt more than usual.

We come to Black Cloud exclusively for the shop and the Customer Service. My two teenage daughters have gotten about six piercings here and possibly coming back for some first tattoos.

Awesome experience having my 4 month old babies ears pierced by Dom at the Carolina Place location. She was super sweet and patient and did the perfect piercings. We haven’t had one issue! ETA - went back again for myself and had my loves pierced by another artist. Had another great experience and don’t plan on going anywhere else in the future!

got my bridge pierced by rylee :) she was super nice and it was very painless which im thankful for bc my last piercer had a very heavy hand!! my only concern is that i was pierced with a curved barbell, and i see/hear a bunch of conflicting info on straight vs curved barbells for a bridge piercing. but i also have a downturned nose and not much flesh in the area, so it may just be better for certain anatomy. but i figure i can just swap it out if it causes issues :)

I was incredibly nervous about getting my first piercings (angel fangs), but Amanda was super cool and professional, she explained the process to me every step of the way and I really appreciated it. The general vibes of the place are super laidback and nice, will definitely be going again for my next tattoo
