My daughter came in for her eyebrow piercing for her birthday! She was patient and walked her through everything including recognizing that she wasn’t good to stand up because she tensed so hard! She made sure to get her water and lollipop before letting her get up! Absolute great experience!!

Went on a Saturday to get a Madonna piercing. They were crowded, but it took less than 15 min to fill out my paperwork and get called back. The tech that did my piercing was knowledgeable and calming. I felt like everything was clean and sterilized. I will definitely be back when I want another piercing or tattoo.

The pricing here was amazing and so was the service! The man that did my nose piercing was super nice and did an amazing job. Black Cloud has such a clean and cool environment, & the employees are very informative with care and cleaning instructions! I would recommend calling beforehand to see if they’re free for walk ins (I was able to walk in and get mine done- it was a fast and great process). This was my first nose piercing and while I was nervous going in, I was not nervous as it was happening thanks to the great staff. I will definitely be coming back here!!
