Very reassuring and honest about how the piercing experience would be. Very straight forward and willing to give advice about my piercing. I only stopped by to get prices for tattoos and piercings.for some reason I built my self up with courage and I got a nose piercing. I was a little bit scared but I was amazed by not feeling pain at all 😲!! This visit was my second time visiting a tattoo shop in the mall. I am writing this because once someone had an opinion of this concept. I like it because each time that I have walked in and waited no less than 20 minutes to receive a tattoo that I wanted on a whim and was able to get it done. The first one was the infinity symbol for my 50th birthday and this one was a collaboration of myself and my daughters. I wanted their names in their handwriting inside of a heart tattooed on my heart. Not because they don’t know but I have a visual representation of what they mean to me. They were able to take this art, create a transparency and tattoo it exactly like it was. Yay!!! No complaints, give them a try. If you want something more detailed or that may take longer, this may or may not be the place but who knows the artist in residence may surprise you.

Richard was accommodating, professional and honest while still being charming. He moved quickly but always on the same page as me. His humor came through with his facial expressions informing me what pain I had coming. I will definitely be back soon!

I’ve gotten 3 tattoos from Richard at Black Cloud and he kills it every time! I am so impressed with the detail and quality of each one. Even though I know they are going to be great I’m somehow still shocked at how amazing they turn out when he’s done. 15/10 recommend!
