It was good to have an idea, then see the artist go to work to bring that idea to life. Use of technology to splash images so fast was cool. Like taking a basic picture and adding some personal flare that gives meaning to you. It was a good Birthday gift. I'll be back sooner than next year to get another tattoo. Med was on point from drafting to drawing to applying the ink to "canvas". He did such a good job, I want to expand my picture into a memoriam collage. Good work and steady hands.

My experience was awesome. My artist Med was nothing short of AMAZING!! I went in for a tatt I wanted of an angel and he tweaked it into perfection. I was nervous at first but he put my mind at ease without even trying. I also love how they have QR Codes that you can scan for different info around the store. The whole experience was a VIBE!! I would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 👌🏾

My experience with Black Cloud in the Sugarloaf Mills Mall was great. The process took about 30-45 minutes for me and my husband combined. The only down side is that there were only 2 staff, one tattoo artist and a piercer. So we wait just under an hour.

We went to get my kiddo's ear lobes pierced. The staff was really great! They explained the process to us and were good at helping her feel comfortable during the whole process. I'm definitely going to be going back for some work on myself in the future! I found it easiest to park near planet fitness on the weekends and enter next to Bezoria behind Maggiano's. Parking near Costco or the Cheesecake Factory can be challenging.

Nov 11th, My daughter and I walked in while visiting the mall. On a whim we both decided to get our nose pierced. We were greeted by a very nice person named Emily. She immediately helped us. You can tell right away she is a very friendly and a genuinely nice person. She helped me step by step with the waivers, which helped a lot. My daughter got hers done first. Emily made her feel comfortable so she wasnt nervous at all and it was quick. Emily took the time to make sure my piercing was symmetrical with my right person and she nailed it perfectly! Our experience was great and I will be returning. I am also going to recommend people to come to Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercing
