Super great experience with Reece, she did my vertical labret and did my boyfriend’s eyebrow piercing. She was calm through the process and did it effortlessly. Really paid attention to placement to get it just right! 10/10 experience

I took my 16 year old daughter to get her ears pierced and they were very professional and friendly. They expertly identified that my daughter's ears couldn't be re-pierced, but just needed a simple push through. $20 per ear and boom, "pierced" ears again. I'm so glad we came here, because who knows what would have happened to her holes if we had gone somewhere else. I'm wanting a nose piercing and another tattoo soon, and this will be my place. Thanks guys.

I got my ears pierced. I was so scared and nervous and it did not hurt. No bleeding and no soreness. A month later no problems with my ears at all. I would recommend the one in Matthews, NC. The one in Concord Mills are very rude.

I got my ears pierced on a whim while waiting for my coworker to meet me up for dinner and drinks at the cheesecake factory. They were very polite and I barely had to wait. Very professional and they had three apprentices that were observing I was getting pierced.

The tattoo artist was very nice and friendly, gave me a quote and let me sit down to think. The line work is beautiful, even for a small tattoo. I have a tattoo done by my cousin (I was a test subject for her lol) and the artist offered to clean the lines up for free. Amazing experience I’m already planning another tattoo.
