Wonderful at answering my teens questions and acknowledging them on the reserch they did. Very careful, and gentile. My kiddo has sensory issues and kiddo was completely calm due to the young lady’s wonderful and practical nature. I walked in for ear lobe piercing. The shop was clean and the vibe was calming. The piercer was knowledgeable and the piercing was painless. My friend decided to get her naval pierced while there because of the piercer doing such a great job. That piercing went flawlessly as well.

I had a great experience at Black Cloud. I was extremely nervous about getting my nose pierced as I have a low pain tolerance and dislike of needles but Camryn Renae did a great job and I felt safe and comfortable with her. It was quick and only a bit of pain. She did a great job properly preparing me and I love the position she chose. I love my nose ring and would recommend Camryn to anyone.

my friend and i came for a walk-in, last sunday afternoon and it wasn’t a long wait at all. our piercer was kaylan, and i couldn’t recommend her enough!! she was so professional, she explained things before she did them and she double checked to make sure we liked the placement of each piece!! and she was super friendly!! I’ve only had my new piercings in for a week, but they look amazing and are feeling great :) definitely coming back to black cloud in the future!!
