We were greeted right away and the piercing was done so fast we thought it was just a stencil. To our amazement it was done. My daughter is very happy with it.

Took my wife here for a surprise 2nd ear piercing, we were having such a great time, I wound up getting a piercing as well. Katy completed both piercings without any issues. She made sure we both felt safe. The whole process was sanitary and quick, but not rushed. We barely felt it! Very comfortable and smooth. I say, each of Katy's piercings was flawless. We have diligent recovery instructions and plan to follow Katy for any future piercings.

Kai is such an amazing piercer, I got my side labret pierced 3 days ago and I’m having no complications what so ever.her pricing is perfect as other piercers wanted to charge me over $100 for my side labret. She is so kind and gentle I recommend for anyone looking to pierce again or anyone who is a first timer :)

On 3/8/25 I went to get a nose ring, I was somewhat nervous. But the Young Lady made me so comfortable and reassured me it wouldn’t hurt. When I say it actually didn’t hurt just felt like a pinch, I was happy with the results overall. I recommend this location at Black Cloud to anyone looking for great customer service and quality merchandise.

The woman who did my ear piercing was very professional and friendly. I didn't have to wait long. She cleaned and prepped everything properly and was very efficient. Day 4 and my ear is healing nicely. My one complaint is that the bathroom and general area was dirty and dusty. A good cleaning would really help brighten it up.

Loved my experience here Jeffrey was really nice even though he was alone and had a couple people waiting he still was very patient and got me comfortable for my first rememberable piercing and I would highly recommend this place, prices and time was really great.

I walked in on Saturday afternoon and asked if they had time for a small tattoo. Sebastian came out and spoke with me and then agreed on the design and showed me the stencil and began the tatttoo. It was super quick, and he was very professional. I was in and out in under 40 minutes. The tattoo looks great! Thank You so Much! Will definitely return.
