It was a cool experience my only issue is why do we have to buy the jewelry? Everywhere else jewelry is free with purchase of piercings.. So I thought that was wack but other than that it was a good experience

I got my nose pierced with my boyfriend and it was an amazing experience. The girl who pierced my nose went through everything with me from healing to aftercare. She explained everything and she has a calm vibe about her. It was a very easy experience and I couldn’t have asked for a better one.

Came in as a walk in for a simple nose piercing and was treated to exactly that. Easy check in and taken back almost right away. Trinity was very nice and professional, barely caused me any pain. 😆 Only downside is the tiny parking lot.

Went back to get an inverted navel piercing done by Kai, it came out so nice !! This was my second time getting pierced by Kai and once again, I am in LOVE with my new piercing, thank you Kai !! 😊

I can not rave enough about my daughter and I’s visit to Black Cloud! Kai was a complete rockstar! She was very helpful, easy going and just seemed to love being along for the ride. My daughter and I got our nose pierced together and Kai made it such a memorable moment and we will never forget her. My daughter also got her ears pierced. She had a particularly tough time the first time she got them pierced at Claire’s when she was younger, but this experience was easy peasy as she would say. Kai definitely took care of us and we will be back for our piercing goals for the summer lol.
