I had one of the best ever on earth experiences there.. I was blessed with the tall gentleman where he must have been an angel.. I just overcome a milestone my one year being cancer-free and he understood my struggle.. I day blessay a prayer for him he was so kind to me.. Place was great!! Very welcoming! Brought my daughter to get a second piercing. I felt good bringing her to Black Cloud. The lady (forgot her name) that did my daughter’s piercing was very gentle and talked her through the whole process. She was great!!

Very very nice experience, the lady who did my piercing was super friendly and so professional definitely come here out you are getting your stomach pierced or any other piercing literally a 10/10 experience!!!

Wonderful experience! Jeremy was my piercer; he was super sweet and experienced, talked me through the process of getting my daith pierced, and patient with me while I took some time after (making sure I don’t sit up too fast lol). Def going back again!

Came in yesterday to get a double nose piercing. If ya'll are like me and your nostrils are uneven, I was still able to get perfect piercings on both sides. I wish I caught her name but she did a fantastic job. Taking the time to make sure I was comfortable with the placement and comfortable with the piercing. 11/10 would recommend and the piercer deserves a raise!!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. Our tattoo artist was a perfectionist and we had full confidence in him. He explained everything and we had a delightful conversation while he worked on both of our tattoos. Midway through the process, my wife decided she wanted a piercing as well and they fit her in with no waiting. Definitely recommend this shop and especially Duvan, the tattoo artist.
