The friendly staff offered a very professional experience with little to no wait time in a relaxed, sterile environment. They made sure I was happy with the placement before proceeding with the piercing and gave me detailed after care instructions. I will definitely be back!

Googlei got a helix piercing and my piercer, caleb, was so incredibly kind and did so good! it’s placed perfectly and i’ve had no issues with it so far. this is my second time being pierced at this location and i’ve been more than satisfied both times. i always feel very comfortable and reassured when getting pierced. will definitely return for more piercings in the future!!

I am from out of state but every time I visit family in Charlotte I make sure to come and get my next tattoo at Black Cloud in Matthews. These are a few I have gotten here.
