Kat was the tattoo artist. She was kind and patient. Kat practiced cleanliness by changing the covering on each item that was exposed during the tattoo session, and explained that this is done after each session. I am pleased with my tattoo and plan on having her add more to it in the near future.

Had my first tatoo and it was an amazing experience with Yesser. very calm, helpful and was guiding me through the process. Aftercare instructions were patiently explained multiple times. I am extremely grateful for giving me my first best tatoo. I just loved it! Also nose piercing was great, came out really well. Thank you to the team!!

Had piercing in Sunday. The little ball feel out and Monday you guys replaced it. Was very gentle in doing so very aware of the inflammation and soreness.

Kaylhebb is wonderful! He has done both my girls’ nose piercings, helix piercings for my daughter and sister and is super patient. He is also very detailed, and helps make safe and informed decisions on placement. He’s clean and sanitary as well. Definitely our Go-To for all things piercing.

I got my nose pierced it was a Kool experience The staff member talk me through every step and I was so relaxed I didn't even know the piercing was already over ...it was seconds literally I finally found my personal tattoo artist Black Cloud Tattoo and Piercings

Had a great experience. My daughter got her naval pierced and I had my second piercing in my lobes. It was a Saturday and busy but we had scheduled an appointment online and were taken right away.

The people were very nice! Felt very comfortable and the kind lady who pierced my nose did a very good job I love my piercing so much! Def coming back again when I want another piercing!

Justin was professional, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. He realized one of my son's ear holes was still open and was just about to slide a new earring in with ease. My son was happy with both piercings and jewelry.

Edit: I clicked on a link I was sent and realize this is for a different location. We went to the Town Center location in Kennesaw. I was so happy to find somewhere that would work with us so my 6yo daughter could have her ears pierced with a needle and not a gun. She was nervous about the pain, but she said she wanted to have them pierced! Tristen was so helpful and willing to work with us. I got a second lobe piercing on both ears so we could be matching and then it was my daughter's turn. I think it was the nerves that made it seem more painful than it was, but Tristen waited for her to calm down and we talked through it with her and confirmed multiple times that she did want the second piercing. I realized after the first one that my daughter needed my full attention and a reminder not to move because it would just make it hurt more. That seemed to help some and getting the eating in on the second one was faster. I'm so grateful for her patience and willingness to help!

Yesser did a wonderful job. I wanted a specific font for the tattoo and he took time to draw and make the special font for me. He was gentle and made me at ease as initially I was nervous. The colors he has used on the tattoo are the same as the picture. The place is clean and I will highly recommend this to others
