Darrien was super kind, patient, and informed me on everything from what he was doing to the aftercare. He even got a second set of eyes when he couldn't locate my soft spot for my septum piercing. Very helpful and kind staff, definitely recommend for piercings 😊 I'd give a 10 star rating if I could!

My wife and I cam here looking to get a matching couples tattoo. We had a design in mind and our artist Kevin designed it, made it a reality and knocked it out of the park. The shop was very welcoming and accommodating the whole time we were there, they were a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back for our next tattoo once we figure out what we want next.

Walked in, told them the concept of my tattoo, set up an appointment with Daniel for the next day. The next morning he sent me 4 different designs he had drawn based on my concept! Went in, sat down, and 2 hours later I had a new badass tattoo! 10/10 would recommend!

Felipe did awesome! I came in as a walk in for a tattoo and he was able to get me in, in the last 40 minutes and finished the tattoo in 20, there was a bit of a language barrier don’t let it stop your from trusting him his works awesome! but he made sure I knew everything he was using and why he was using it and even used a translator when he couldn’t put it into words what he wanted me to know to make sure I understood! Definitely get him to do your tattoo if you can he did a even better job then the reference photo I showed him.I definitely plan on going to him again when I decide what tattoo I want next.

Was recommended to Black Cloud for my daughters 1st ear piercing 2 years ago which went great. Came back recently for her 2nd hole ear piercing which also went well. Professional and experienced service (that does not use unsanitary piercing guns) and I highly recommend this place. The only thing I was disappointed in was that my daughter was told no swimming for 3 - 4 weeks after the piercing was already performed. I would have waited if I knew this ahead of time since we are in the hottest time of the year and we take our kids swimming a lot.

My first piercing at BC was my mid helix a little over a 2 weeks ago with some of my friends. It was great!! Quick and easy piercing and the piercer was amazing. I came back Saturday for a very impulsive before college nose piercing and I will definitely be back!!!

Emily is super professional and makes sure you are getting what you want and that you understand why and how to care for your piercing. It was a little painful but her breathing technique was very calming. Also, it was very clean. Go see her. She is awesome.
