Amanda talked me through it and was very comforting!! She is hilarious, sweet, and easy to talk to!!! I came close to passing out and she was so calm and took every step needed to keep me there and come back to. This was my second piercing I've gotten done at Black Cloud, both times were a pleasant experience!! I will recommend them everytime!! 👌 💯
