I called beforehand, sent them a picture of what I was looking to have done, and Cassie gave me an awesome tattoo that was even better than I had hoped for. They have a nice chill and relaxed atmosphere and I felt so comfortable that I almost fell asleep getting my tattoo! I’d definitely recommend Cassie to anybody looking to get some work done!

GoogleThis honestly is the best place to get your tattoos and piercings, I only go to Black Cloud at Cumberland mall for all my piercings and tattoos. The staff are VERY PROFESSIONAL && real cool that makes you feel comfortable. Lil Bill did my nose piercing literally at the last minute before they closed and had a good attitude and didn’t complain that they basically were closed. He made me feel relaxed and my nose piercing didn’t even hurt w/ his technique. He was funny and real cool, ASK FOR LIL BILL for all your piercings .
