GoogleI walked in with no appointment and was greeted by Lil' Bill. I told him what I wanted done, he had me sign the little waiver via my phone, then I was right into a room. He talked me through the procedure and was nice and professional, made sure everything was clean and sanitary. He performed the piercings as quickly and with as little pain as possible for what I was getting. He did a great job. Afterwards I noticed there was a bit of a placement problem with one of them (totally not his fault, I guess my friend and I had crooked eyes that night lol). He was so nice and understanding, and reassured me that he would redo the errant piercing for free to make sure I was satisfied with the job. I will definitely be returning, and not just for the one that needs replacing!
GoogleBeen wanting my lip repierced for awhile. I was in the area working & decided to stop in. Mari greeting me as I walked in, she said it’d be about 5 mins. I was pierced shortly after & COMPLETELY happy with it. I went straight to the car & my boyfriend was shocked at how quick it was done and he walked right in and got a piercing as well. 10/10 recommendation. Thank you Mari.

GoogleIt was super cool! I’d go back!! I believe my tattoo artist was Derek and he was super cool and my lines are very straight. He did my first tattoo and made me feel comfortable through the entire process! Only putting 4 stars because it was a $100 fee for the tattoo even though it was a pretty small tattoo. Still will go back. just know it’s $100.

GoogleI have gotten pierced by darrin 3 times now and every time has been an amazing experience. He is very helpful and accommodating and a great piercer. One of the most gentle piercers I’ve had. I swear by black cloud but I recommend darrin for sure!

GoogleLil Bill has dope and good energy and he was very clear and concise on my piercing and what he would be doing being that I was getting my nose re-pierced. It’s perfect. Exactly where my previous piercing was and the pain level has been very minimal compared to in the past when other places used a gun of the sorts. Definitely will come back to him for future ventures. Facilities are clean and well kept. I assume the owners were there - they did not really speak - a simple welcome would have been nice but it’s cool. I get it. But definitely will come back and get services done in the piercing arena.

GoogleI always come here for piercings. The staff is amazing and they’re always very informative and kind. I have passed out after watching my friend get pierced and they grabbed me water, a lollipop, and cold towel and let me lay there until I felt completely better. Last week I got another piercing and my friend passed out from watching and they showed her the same care. Feels like a safe space and I know I can trust them to walk me through what they’re doing and put me first as a customer!!

GoogleWe have now been to Black Cloud on The Plaza for an industrial and septum piercings. My daughter had her industrial done about a year ago and we had issues with sensitivity to the metal. They were so helpful and helped her switch it out. They gave lots of tips and were professional and pleasant. My daughter and I both got our septum’s this past weekend and the experience was great. They answered our questions and took time to clean everything. I will come back for more piercing and my tattoo😀
