Got both my lobes done today by Sky, she was very patient with all my questions since it was my first time getting pierced. Made the entire process very professional, but was still very friendly. She also offered to answer any messages I might send her about after-care. Will gladly go back if I decide to get pierced again in the future.

My friend and I came across this place in the mall last week. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable, so we decided to get some piercings. I have had some pretty bad experiences in the past with bad piercings/piercers, so I was really nervous about getting anything done. Quinn listened to all of my concerns and made sure I was happy with everything. My piercing had the perfect placement and I am very happy with it so far. I have also had to message Quinn a couple times about the healing process and they were very helpful! I definitely recommended this shop.

Amanda was absolutely friendly and customer focused! She gave my 16 year old his very first ear piercing!! She made my nervous son feel relaxed and confident about what was about to happen! Afterwards, she gave him her IG to reach out with any questions during the healing process! If he ever wants more piercings (hopefully not soon), I know he would want to go back to her specifically!!!

My daughter got a double helix piercing and she was so happy with the experience. She's already planning to come back and get her belly button done next. As a parent I like that she was honest with my daughter about getting a piercing higher up. She wouldn't do it because she said that it would be hard to heal and may even tear through. Most people would've pierced it anyway for a quick dollar. That's the main reason why we came back. I felt that my daughter was safe with her. I think the next time we visit I'm going to get something done too.

Very clean, NICE people. Experience was easy. I was nervous but the vibe of the staff made me chill out and it was good. I can tell everything is sanitary and cleaned properly. I will definitely be coming back here and I also would like to visit the Cumberland Location, if I’m ever that way.
