After having a very botched tattoo experience at Hollywood tattoo in Charlotte, I came here and received excellent service. He was able to fix my tattoo and freehand drew an adorable 2nd tattoo. The service was prompt, professional and I couldn't be happier. The day prior I took my daughter and My niece to have their ears pierced. Again, the service was prompt, professional and excellent!!!

Got my twin daughters who are 4 their ears pierced. From the moment we got there all the staff was kind and made them feel comfortable. My favorite part is the respected my girls decisions. They weren't forced to do anything and they talked them through the whole process. Very professional will be back again!

I was a walk-in for a tattoo I’ve wanted for a few years now. I asked for a consultation and appointment, but they said they have the time to do both now. Having gotten tattoos before, I was familiar with the process and it was quick and easy. Only thing is I wish Jason had been more patient with me and my adjustments. After a half hour of a mock-up, we had something I was happy with, but I definitely would have felt more comfortable if I experienced more patience and care. I felt like I was being rushed, and this is a permanent decision. It turned out beautiful, but I’ll be making some changes in the future and I would have appreciated more time spent on adjustments to make it just right, instead of an in-and-out fast process.

I got a small tattoo and i love it, it was a clean space, the tattoo artist did a really good job ❤️, people there where kind which is always good. It didn’t take long and the thing you gotta do on your phone before getting anything was easy to follow. I’m going to come back maybe with a friend to get another tattoo, see you soon👌🏻

I got a teardrop dermal and they did it so fast and it’s healing really well. They were friendly and fun to be around. Would totally go back for more piercings or tattoos. My piercer had blonde hair and she was great I forget her name though. Service: Piercings

This place is great. Every one of the staff is awesome, friendly, and eager to help. It has a very chill atmosphere that draws you back for more. I had my first of two-three sessions with Beebe, and that man is a genius. From designing to implementing, he's just phenomenal. I highly recommend Black Cloud, whether it's your first tattoo or 100th.

Mari was amazing and I love that she was so quick! I got my septum done and I was so nervous! She just kept telling me it was gunna be quick and how cute it will look in the end. She was right! I will be back in a month to have her do the other side of my nose! Then I will officially have all my nose piercings done at black cloud! All were great and as painless as possible which I love!
