Took my 17 year old daughter to Black Cloud to get her nose pierced. Shop was clean and well organized. My daughter was excited but nervous. Darrin did her piercing and he was fantastic! He made her laugh, let her know exactly what he was doing, clearly described the after care instructions and we are thrilled with the results. My daughter described Darrin as “cool and calm” and that made her feel the same! Thanks Darrin!

Love my tattoo, my artist was Xzavier, he did a great job ! And it didn’t take him too long. The only thing is that he wasn’t very outgoing in my opinion, he barely spoke to me the whole entire time. It was just a little awkward , i kept trying to ask him a few questions , but felt like I was bothering him. Other than that I think he did an awesome job and get a lot of compliments about my tattoo!

I went in with my son because he wanted to get his ears pierced and I got mine done as well. The lady that helped us and did it was very helpful and patient with us through the whole process and helped us pick out what would be best for my son who has sensitive skin. During the process my other kids and wife wanted to watch and she was very open with that and engaged my kids kindly when they have questions (which were a lot of questions). Very pleased with my experience here
