I got a daith piercing. I was glad that this place was right by an entrance in the mall. The seats were filled when I arrived but I didn't wait long after I was asked about what service I wanted. I was advised to complete the piercing waiver while I waited. Everything was new out the package and Quinn was thorough about the after care instructions of my piercing which I appreciated. She did a great job and I'll definitely come back here for my next piercing. Services: Piercings, Ear piercing

Services provided at this location was great. My tattoo artist Felipe was amazing. Felipe knew exactly what I wanted, and even went beyond by touching up an older tattoo. Felipe’s art was very detailed and tedious. I love my new tattoo and was happy to show it off. Will be going back for more artwork.

We went in a Sunday. There was no one in line. The girl started to help us and wham they were slammed. These girls in the front handled their business. They had to deal with the machine being down, entitled customers, current customers and all of the questions that came along with it. I was very impressed how quickly they handed the crowd and got us in there. Good job! Keep rocking it!

I went to get my nose pierced and it was fantastic experience. The staff was nice and friendly. I didn't wait long and was in and out in less than 20 mins.. My piercer was quick and fully explained aftercare... Definitely recommend Black Cloud at Carolina Place Mall..

I went to go get some piercings with my friend, and it was an amazing experience! The artist that pierced us was really kind and did an amazing job, she explained how to clean everything and when we could change the piercings. Over all a great experience!
