I got a tattoo and my boyfriend got his nose pierced. Everyone was cool and every artist there seems so talented. @db.wyte (Instagram) did my tattoo. I love my tattoo and he really took his time making sure it was just what I wanted. The piercer is also amazing. I'll definitely come back to see her and get my nose pierced. Side note: they do walk ins. I got there at around 4ish and was seen right away, but it filled up right away after that. So I recommend getting there before 4pm, or just make an appointment and call ahead (: All the artists' art is on their website, and like I said.. They're all talented and you won't leave disappointed.

I got my nose pierced here by Dom and three tattoos done by Miguel. They both were honestly exceptional and have perfected their craft down to the point where it’s like a science. The day before getting my very first tattoo at Black Cloud, I’ll admit I was freaking out. I called the shop explaining my worries and was told I’d receive answers to all my questions before the day was over. They held true to their word and was willing to talk to me outside of business hours through text, confirming any remaining questions. Miguel was patient with me, opened the new needle right in front of me, and handled my twitching like a pro. Dom let me take way longer than I should have when deciding which side of my nose to pierce. All around a very patient, cool, and professional vibe and atmosphere. I just wish I had more cash on hand to tip with as my 3rd tattoo was more of an impulse decision. But there will be a next time and I will budget for a greater tip because they deserve it.

It’s a nice clean studio. Not super noisy even though it’s in a mall. I like the staff, they were helpful. I got double nose piercings and they are adorable. Of course they are completely identical but I’m happy with it and the process was quick and comfortable Services: Piercings, Nose piercing

My daughter came in for second ear piercing Darrin did an excellent job. The facility was clean and sanitary. Darrin was cool and knowledgeable he answered all my questions even looked at my other daughter’s ear who had a cartilage piercing from Claire’s. He explained the difference in their technique verses Claire’s and explained their technique prevents less scarring. I was pleased and will definitely be going back for piercings maybe get a tattoo while I’m there too!

I've been wanting my nose pierced for a while and finally got the nerve to do it. Sky was amazing. She was thorough in the information process for the piercing and after care process. I went to get a Belly Piercing, I was in there for no more than 10 minutes but Amanda (I believe that’s her name) was the nicest person and piercer. She had precision and it was legit painless and lasted like 3 seconds. Highly recommend.
