I took my teenage daughter here to get her eyebrow pierced. I believe her piercer’s name was Jeremy? Incredibly kind and engaging guy. Either he has a magic touch or my daughter has an incredibly high pain tolerance, because she didn’t even flinch. lol. Overall: great price, clean facility, easy process, and fantastic customer service. And most importantly? She loved the outcome. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Maty at the Concord Mills location did an absolutely amazing job on my tattoo and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Very professional and beautiful work. I highly recommend him.

So I decided to just walk in and get a tattoo for my birthday spontaneously. I asked if they accepted walk ins and they said they do. They instantly went to the back and got the artist Christian to come out and discuss what I wanted done. I had 3 different reference photos I decided to show and finally picked one. I wanted to change it to where the cat was not completely black and remove all the extra flowers to put 3, one flower for each of my children’s birth months. He went straight to work after I air dropped the photos. Came back out and showed me what he had come up with and I was in LOVE! It was better than I could’ve imagined. It took roughly 2.5-3 hours from the moment the needle hit my skin and I fought sleep the entire time. Great environment, great people, and best tattoo experience yet. To be honest I was super nervous as I have had a history with bad tattoos and artists and it being an outlet in the mall, but I found the guy I will continue to go to in the future. 100% would recommend. I also included the reference photo.

I went to get my septum pierced on Black Friday and the service was amazing. My piercer was Jeremy and he was so nice and professional when it came down to it. He was amazing when it came to the piercing and fairly quick. The overall experience was great.
